INBA Card Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using the INBA Card services (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") provided by INBA Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Please review the contents of these Terms and agree to them before using this Service.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all matters related to the use of this Service.
In addition to these Terms, rules and guidelines separately established by the Company shall also be considered part of these Terms.
Article 2 (Service Content)
This Service provides a program in which INBA Card members can receive benefits and services.

Article 3 (Eligibility for Use)
Only individuals or corporations who have completed the INBA Card membership registration through the procedures prescribed by the Company are eligible to use this Service.
Only one email address can be registered per user. If the same email address is registered multiple times, a security lock may be applied.
Creating multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited.
The registered name on the INBA Card must be the full legal name. If you wish to register using an alias (such as a stage name), please contact us in advance by email. *Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Article 4 (Card Issuance and Usage)
Members shall use the INBA Card in accordance with the methods prescribed by the Company upon receipt of the card.
The INBA Card may only be used by the registered member and must not be lent, transferred, or sold to third parties.
Article 5 (Fees and Payment)
The annual fee and other charges for this Service shall be billed according to the fee schedule separately determined by the Company.
Members must pay the fees using the methods and within the deadlines specified by the Company.
Cancellations and refunds for INBA Card purchases are not accepted under any circumstances. Please be cautious when purchasing.
Article 6 (Member Obligations)
Members must comply with applicable laws and these Terms when using this Service.
If fraudulent use of this Service is discovered, the Company reserves the right to suspend usage or revoke membership.
Article 7 (Changes to Benefits and Services)
The Company may change, discontinue, or terminate benefits and service content without prior notice.
The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred by members due to such changes.
Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company shall appropriately handle members' personal information in accordance with the "Privacy Policy."
Members agree that their personal information may be used to the extent necessary for the use of this Service.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be held responsible if this Service becomes unavailable due to natural disasters, communication failures, or other force majeure events.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members in connection with the use of this Service unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
